Delivery is available within Australia only and is limited to destinations selectable during checkout.
Delivery to locations outside Australia is not currently supported.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Conditions

Standard delivery within Australia is provided at no additional charge.

Delivery services include order handling, secure packaging, logistics coordination, and delivery to the address supplied at the time of order submission.

3. Prices and Applicable Taxes

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes in accordance with Australian regulations.

Unless expressly stated during checkout, no additional charges are payable upon delivery.

Processing Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed starting from the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a public holiday, processing will commence on the next business day.

A dispatch notification is issued once the order has been handed over for delivery.

After dispatch, delivery within Australia is generally completed within 7–18 business days, depending on destination, regional access, and carrier capacity.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond reasonable control.
