Processing Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed starting from the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a public holiday, processing will commence on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery within Australia is estimated at 7–18 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping Fees
Standard delivery within Australia is provided at no additional charge.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided preparation has not commenced. Within this period, approved cancellations receive a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if processing or preparation has begun. Where cancellation cannot be completed, delivery may proceed and a return request may be submitted in accordance with the return procedure.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.

  • All accessories, instructions, and labels must be included.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery and supported with clear images.
